Belgian Tea Loaf

Hi there hope you like this recipe.

Fruit as required (mixed, raisins etc)
1 Cup of Sugar
1 Cup of Milk
3 ozs Margarine
2 Cups SR flour
1 tsp mixed spice
1 egg
Melt sugar, milk and margarine in a pot and allow to cool. Then add flour, spice, egg and fruit. Mix well and place in a greased loaf tin. Bake at Gas Mark 4 for 1 hour.
